Lead Teacher Ms. Wendy joins us as our first grade classroom teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary education and a Masters in Library Media Education from Western Kentucky University. Ms. Wendy has decades of elementary teaching experience, primarily in kindergarten and first grade in Indiana and Kentucky. |

My name is Ahlam Freihat and I’ve been a part of the Islamic School of Louisville for around 5 years. A little bit about me, I am from Jordan and moved to the USA in 2009. In my free time I spend time with my family. I started volunteering at the school in 2016 and officially working there since 2022. I work in the first grade class now with Ms. Wendy.
