Sr. Kamila Ahmed

Asalaamu Alaikum everyone!
I joined ISL in the Fall of 2021, first as a parent volunteer, and then in the role of Administrative Assistant. I earned a Bachelor's in Health Information Management from the University of Illinois in Chicago in 2006, with focus on Patient Privacy Policies and Practices, and Organizational Design.

​​Originally from Chicago, I now live in Louisville with my husband and daughter, who is also a student at ISL, and our cat Lulu. In my free time, I enjoy traveling to explore new and exciting places, going to the beach, picking up new hobbies, learning about new technologies, and of course doing all of the above with my daughter and husband by my side.

I love working at ISL and look forward to working with you and your children to make your experiences at ISL truly great!
